Mira Coral Bay is the world's first multi-branded waterfront community, developed by Mira Developments in Al Mairid as a joint venture with Marjan, the master developer of freehold property in Ras Al Khaimah. Mira Coral Bay comprises villas, townhouses and apartments arranged in clusters along the Al Mairid waterfront. A shared podium runs beneath the buildings, holding underground parking and an art gallery, so walkways and landscaped areas connect every cluster at ground level without vehicle traffic.
Mira Coral Bay is planned around 14 global luxury brands, with each building furnished by one of them. The brand attached to each building and villa cluster is published when that collection opens for sale, and a separate villa concept, Kadar Villas, was created for the community by an international architect working with a global branding agency.
Mira Coral Bay holds its own stretch of the Al Mairid shoreline, with private beach access from inside the community. Two branded beach clubs sit on the waterfront, each with dining, lounges and sea views under its own brand, and a yacht club within the community provides berthing for owners and arriving guests. The Mira Coral Bay master plan comes from Marco Casamonti & Partners / Archea Associati, the Italian studio behind the Antinori Winery in Tuscany and the Li Ling World Ceramic Art City in China, with more than 200 built works internationally. Building forms take their geometry from the natural structure of coral, set between the shoreline and the Hajar mountains inland, with generous layouts and high ceilings across the collections.
